Description

This arrangement was commissioned and recorded by
trumpet virtuoso, Jens Lindemann.  Appearing as the last cut
on Lindemann’s first solo album, Flying Solo ,  this tune
was arranged for four trumpets and one four-valved flugelhorn.
Being the wild man that he is, Jens decided to take up euphonium
two weeks before the recording so the bass line would have more
punch.  The arrangement includes includes quotes from many
of Jens’ favorite rock tunes, not to mention Bach’s Brandenburg
Concerto No. 2.
